Other Skills Required:
- Candidate should have any Graduates/diploma degree as a qualification
- Typing Speed -minimum 20 wpm Accuracy 90%
- Basic understanding of MS Office
- Regional language would add an advantage (Gujrathi, Tamil, Telgu, Kannada, Malyalam, Punjabi, Bengali)
- Candidate should be open to work in night shifts
- Candidate should have good communication skills
- Freshers are also eligible
- Candidate should have basic telecom Knowledge
- Basic Order Management Knowledge
- Candidate should have basic Excel Skills
