Other Skills Required:
- The candidate should possess BE/B.Tech/M.Tech degree from any recognized university.
- Minimum 1 year related experience.
- Must have good proficiency with computer software skills.
- Should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Under direct supervision, delineates requirements to solve non-complex, less complicated business problems using differing technologies and systems views, predominately in one functional area.
- Creates process engineering and/or business flow assessments to ensure appropriate re-engineering/design of solutions.
- Assists in the development of service models and prototypes.
- Creates and implements customer feedback mechanisms, uses fundamental human factors engineering principles.
- Understands and creates Business Plans (including business cases) to assure plans meet company goals and integrates these with technical programs and project plans.
